We often underestimate the power of our thoughts. Can we act in a way in order to attract something? Or to make something real?
Here are my top tips that will help you achieve what you want! This can apply to ANYTHING. Dreams, relationships, jobs, money, happiness… yeah, anything.
1) Imagine what you want.
It is not about saying “I want”, but about visualising yourself as already having it. Sometimes, acting as if you already have what you want, you start behaving like you have achieved it. This is very powerful to attract it.
Here, you have to be specific and really know what you want. It can be anything, even if it feels crazy or “unattainable” when you say it out loud. Actually, that is even better! DREAM AGAIN. Do it. Every single day.

2) Write things down.
Often, you can feel overwhelmed by your thoughts if you have that moment of “inspiration” where you start to fantasise about all the stuff you want to achieve. The best thing to do here is to make a list of what you want. Whatever you write, write it in the present tense as if you already have it.
To make things even easier and organise your mind, it is also very useful to write the steps that will lead you to achieve the goal.
Place your lists on your table, window, kitchen, bathroom… anywhere and everywhere! This will be a reminder and a motivator to get you going from the time you wake up (;
3) Believe you can do it
THIS is the most important tip I can give you. You really need to believe in yourself. It doesn’t count if you say you believe you can do it but do not really believe it deep down.
For example, if you want something, but subconsciously think it is “impossible” or “unattainable”, it is quite likely that it will end up that way. You may be thinking: but Amaia, it is very hard to change a mindset! If this is the case then the next tip is for you!
4) Be more conscious
With what you are doing, thinking, and saying.
If you keep saying negative things about yourself, your situation, your dreams, etc, this will affect your mindset. The way to turn this around is being more mindful with what you are giving out to the world around you.
I cannot emphasize this enough: be grateful with what you have now and for who you are. Walk around with your head up, with positive energy, and a smile on your face. With purpose. With every word, feeling, action you give: you are reflecting yourself.
If you radiate negative energy, that is what you will get. If you radiate positive energy, your life will improve instantly. It really affects yourself and the ones around you more than you think!

4) Watch your environment
Let go. Of fear. Of what people think.
Surround yourself with people who encourage you, who are positive, who believe in you. Who give you all the strength that you need!
Another option is to keep your goal to yourself. Sometimes I have found that talking too much about your dreams and goals can have a negative impact (it depends on your goal and your mindset, though). But, for example, if you talk about it too much there’s a feeling that you are one step closer already. The mind is kinda tricked about the idea that it is already done. People may even congratulate you for it. That feeling of satisfaction may make your efforts decrease, and make you less motivated to actually take action. So be careful!
Ummm, yeah, things won’t happen magically. Even if you do all the other things of this list! So, do all the steps that will lead you to achieve your goal.
Maximize your potential. Work hard. Every single day. Ask yourself if what you are doing right now is bringing you closer to your goal.
And remember, hard work pays off. When you achieve something, you get to experience some of the best feelings ever. Even more it was challenging!
